By using the CGAD website or participating in any CGAD programs, you agree to these terms.
General
- CGAD reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing justification
- Submission of an application does not guarantee selection
- All information provided must be accurate and truthful
- Participants must be at least 16 years of age (parental consent required for those under 18)
Participation & Conduct
- All participants must behave professionally and respectfully during CGAD activities
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited
- CGAD reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund
Events & Programs
- Event schedules, speakers, venues, and agendas may change without prior notice
- Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions
- CGAD may use photos, videos, and recordings from events for promotional and marketing purposes
- Certificates will only be issued to participants who complete all program requirements
Visa & Travel
- CGAD does not guarantee visa approval
- Visa assistance, if provided, is purely supportive and advisory
- Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, insurance, and expenses unless otherwise stated
Payment & Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable unless CGAD cancels an event entirely
- Application fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
- Refunds will not be issued for visa refusal, personal circumstances, or failure to attend
Intellectual Property
- All CGAD content, branding, logos, and materials are protected by copyright
- Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited
Limitation of Liability
CGAD is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense incurred during participation in its programs or events.
