Important Notes
- Application fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
- Selection or non-selection for any program does not guarantee a refund.
- Refunds will not be issued due to visa refusal, personal circumstances, travel restrictions, or failure to attend an event.
- CGAD reserves the right to modify event dates, venues, or formats if required.
In rare cases where CGAD cancels an event entirely, eligible refunds (if any) will be communicated officially.

Visa & Travel
- CGAD does not guarantee visa approval.
- Visa assistance, if provided, is purely supportive and advisory.
- Participants are responsible for their travel arrangements unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
- All website content, branding, logos, designs, and materials belong to CGAD.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
CGAD is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense incurred during participation in its programs or events.
